The course we just completed was the best course I have done for a very long time. The instructor was excellent, he integrated himself into the course. He may have been instructing the course but he acted like part of the team, which made learning and interaction much easier. He obviously knows how to run the course and he gets to know the people and uses that in the course
participation. I would not hesitate in recommending this course.

The use of up to date and latest equipment was a great advantage in so far as giving our squad a
view of future purchases to add to our vehicles.

No negative feedback. The course was run very well. The methods of teaching really let the information sink in.

Huge thanks to Group 314 for a great course! We will soon have four trainer and assessors in Albury and one more for Corowa.

Once again I thank you for the opportunity provided and the knowledge shared in relation to Certificate IV in Training and Assessing. I found the content, the material provided, delivery, the research we did and the variety of candidates on the course most engaging. It has certainly helped
me greatly and make me rethink what I do at work.

Thank you for a very focused 3 days. A thoroughly enriching course. Looking forward to the end of

In addition to the form, I’d like to say this was probably the most informative, well delivered and interactive course I have done to date. This course has really opened my eyes to how training and competency based assessing should be conducted and how within my volunteer organisation the “ticking & flicking” is a major issue.

The trainer is obviously experienced in his expertise and at this level, a very good thing. Overall one of the best presenters I’ve seen.

I enjoyed it (the course) so much, I look forward to doing another course with Group 314 very soon and keeping in touch with trainers. The pocket book now lives in my handbag/luggage – I look forward to applying it to other situations.

What part of the program was of most benefit to you? All of it. Through this course I learnt a new skill set, a new way of thinking & problem solving.

Overall it was a really good course! I liked how despite the fact the course was condensed into 6-7 days and was intense, there was RPL and assessments were conducted so that many Units of Competence were covered simultaneously. Now that is what I call good multitasking.
