Course Information
This course requires the successful completion of:
- BSBXTW401 Lead and facilitate a team
- BSBLDR411 Demonstrate leadership in the workplace
The course content is:
- Day 1 - Leadership theory and concepts.
- Day 2 - Teamwork theory and concepts.
- Day 3 - Assessment.
- Day 4 - Assessment.
- Day 5 - Assessment.
Training is provided using a mix of theory and practical sessions whilst developing leadership and teamwork skills in a business environment.
Nationally Recognised Training ( NRT ) under the Australian Quality Training Framework ( AQTF ).
This course requires students to complete a variety of assessment activities.
- Written Knowledge Assessment (2).
- Competency Observation (4).
Students are required to be employed in a leadership and management role and have prior skills and knowledge working in business environment. They will therefore have experience that qualifies as RPL. RPL will be assessed and supplemented by gap and/or refresher training as required.
