This course is specifically designed for professionals in leadership and management roles within an office environment, focusing on the skills needed to develop, implement, and coordinate effective operational plans.

To successfully complete this course, participants must achieve competency in the following unit:

  • BSBOPS402 Coordinate business operational plans

Course Information

This course requires the successful completion of:

  • BSBOPS402 Coordinate business operational plans

The course content is:

  • Day 1 - Theory and process of operational plans.
  • Day 2 - Development of an operational plan, resourcing.
  • Day 3 - Implementation, monitoring, and review of operational plan.
  • Day 4 - Assessment.
  • Day 5 - Assessment.

Training is provided using a mix of theory and practical sessions whilst developing operational planning skills in a business environment.

Statement of Attainment.

Nationally Recognised Training ( NRT ) under the Australian Quality Training Framework ( AQTF ).

This course requires students to complete a variety of assessment activities.

  • Written Knowledge Assessment (1).
  • Competency Observation (3).

Students are required to be employed in a leadership and management role and have prior skills and knowledge working in business environment. They will therefore have experience that qualifies as RPL. RPL will be assessed and supplemented by gap and/or refresher training as required.

Students must:

  • Be at least 18 years old at the time of enrolment.
  • Have an email address and access to a computer with an internet connection.
  • Complete a Pre-course Evaluation conducted by Group 314 to determine suitability for the course.
  • Previous experience working in an office environment.
  • Have good MS Office skills (spreadsheets and word processing).
