This course requires the successful completion of:
- BSBSTR502 Facilitate continuous improvement
The course content is:
- Day 1 - Quality Assurance theory and concepts.
- Day 2 - Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF).
- Day 3 - Contractual compliance systems.
- Day 4 - Assessment.
- Day 5 - Assessment.
Training is provided using a mix of theory and practical sessions whilst developing operational planning skills in a business environment.
Statement of Attainment.
Nationally Recognised Training ( NRT ) under the Australian Quality Training Framework ( AQTF ).
This course requires students to complete a variety of assessment activities.
- Written Knowledge Assessment (1).
- Competency Observation (1).
Students are required to be employed in a leadership and management role and have prior skills and knowledge working in business environment. They will therefore have experience that qualifies as RPL. RPL will be assessed and supplemented by gap and/or refresher training as required.
